Thank you for your interest in Her Little Luxury! Upon completion of the order form,

kindly allow us 24-48 hours to process your request. Please place all orders at least 3 days in advance.

Upon receipt of your order, we will promptly contact you via the provided contact number/ email address you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance and confirmation of your chosen delivery or pickup time slot. Your order will not be confirmed until remaining balance is received.

To secure your order, please ensure prompt payment, as order slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and invoices remain valid for 24 hours only.

SAME DAY & NEXT-DAY ORDERS :

Please ensure order submission through Text message, Direct message or Facebook. by 12 pm.

Next day and same day orders are subject to availability and require an additional fee.

PICK UP:

Pick up is available in Richmond, VA.

The pick up address and time will be sent the morning of the day your order is scheduled to be picked up.

Please note that we do not currently offer shipping services yet. Coming Soon!

DELIVERY:

We offer delivery for a fee to Richmond City and surrounding areas (including parts hopewell/Sandston).The order recipient must be available at time of delivery. Our driver is only able to wait up to 10 minutes, after that you may need to reschedule and fees may apply.

SUNDAY & LATE DELIVERY:

Order Deliveries Scheduled on Sundays & after Closing Hours are subject to additional fees. sunday & late delivery fees start at $25.

PAYMENT:

100% of your total bouquet cost is due within 24hrs once you receive a invoice/confirmation email. There are no exceptions. We accept All Major Debit & Credit Cards Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. Order slots are only fully booked once your full payment is sent.

REFUND POLICY:

Her Little Luxury LLC does not issue refunds. All sales are final.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup or delivery are considered nonrefundable.
